The Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove Development Association is a resident-based, non - profit corporation that develops economic, cultural, social, recreational, and environmental projects which encourage a sense of community and enhance the quality of life for residents of all ages.
In 2000, our Town Council established an ad hoc development committee to spearhead tourism efforts within the community, and coordinate with other initiatives in the region. The committee represented our Town on regional tourism initiatives undertaken by the Capital Coast Development Alliance - the economic development board for the region at the time.
In 2007, our committee saw a need for energetic, nonprofit work in our town and decided to incorporate into the Logy Development Association Inc. to provide creative solutions to the needs of our community. Since then, we have steadily grown, all thanks to the generous support of our amazing town! Locally, we are now known as the Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove Development Association.

Our amazing team of volunteers, who live in our town, is committed to building our community together with help from our residents. Our Board of Directors are from various professional sectors and are dedicated to helping make our community a better place in which to live. Together, they have an collective knowledge of the local setting, and the people in our community. Our projects are envisioned from the feedback we receive from residents and our Town Council. We have a responsibility to our community and our donors, and work hard to ensure the long-term sustainability of our Association. We channel your donations into current projects.
