John Doyle, P. Eng., retired as a senior project engineer with DFO in 2021. Previously, he worked with Vale in the development and operations of the Nickel plant in Long Harbour. Before that, he was in the paving & construction business with City Paving Ltd. and McNamara Construction Ltd. He has also served on the executive of the Association of Professional Engineers of Newfoundland. He joined the Association in 2016 as a member and is now Treasurer and Chair of the Administration and Finance and the Project Planning Committees. His overall intention is to support the association in the identification of suitable improvement projects around our community and provide engineering analysis and advice.
