On Thursday afternoon, December 1, our used book sale raised $544 for the SFOA school outing transportation budget. The sale was organized in partnership with the School and the Town of LBMCOC and held at the school gym.
We thank the many residents who donated books for the sale. We especially wish to thank Susan Arns, Town Manager, and her staff and Trina Pearce, School Principal, and her staff for contributing to the success of the book sale. A big shout out to board members Sally Goddard, John Kennedy, John Doyle, Stephen Griffin, and Steve Walsh along with community volunteers Rita Kennedy, Tara Sparkes, Donna Marie Kelly, Lucy Price, Amy Muirhead, and Karen Youden Walsh for running the book sale.
